Charo Chicken will take its place
The Wendy’s fast food restaurant in Canyon Country has closed its doors after a somewhat brief run in the new Shangri La shopping center on Soledad Canyon Road.
In its place will come a Charo Chicken, which will be the first of its kind in Canyon Country. Presently, one Charo Chicken is already open in Santa Clarita, in the Valencia area.

The owners of the Wendy’s franchise store will be the same for the Charo Chicken franchise store in the Canyon Country location, according to a representative from Raznick Realty, who manages the shopping center.
The Charos Chicken should open some time in either late September or early October.
