On todays show Arif brings on a local restaurant owner to talk to us about the hard work and dedication it takes to run a business. Poonam Parashar comes on todays show and begins to explain the main dishes of her restaurant and why her restaurant is different from any other business. Parashar Indian Kitchen just reached there 1 year anniversary and they are getting off the chart reviews. Poonam then goes into detail of the spices she uses on all her dishes and talks about some of the preparation that goes into creating some of these dishes. Poonam also explains to us how much her family is involved into the restaurant, her husband works at the restaurant as well as her children who wait tables.

On the second hour of today’s show Arif and Mark get into scamming and how you do need to be aware of who you are giving your information to.
