Hour 1
On todays show Arif has on Paul Tanaka who is running for L.A. County Sheriff. For the first hour of today’s show Arif and Paul talk about what cities the L.A. County sheriff department covers. They also get into the war on drugs, Paul lets us know we need to start disciplining first time offenders and create more programs for the first time offenders. Paul also talks about the false accusations that were brought upon him when he began to run for sheriff. He clears up the accusations on air and lets us know he did not condone any abuse or was he even in command at the time that this abuse was going on in 2008 thru 2010. Paul also lets us know that he has been in the sheriffs department for over 30 years, and he controlled the budget in 2002 to 2013 and for 11 consecutive years he did not go over budget.
Hour 2
On the second hour of today’s show Arif talks about debt and having a credit card. He also talks about “knowledge is power” and how knowledge is not power. The right use of knowledge is power. Arif also touches on getting out of debt and how to properly use your credit card so you don’t drown yourself in debt.
