            Welcome to Mind Your Own Business with Doug and Ed, right here on Santa Clarita’s Home Town Station, AM 1220 KHTS.  This show comes on every Friday at one o’clock. 

            So Doug, I was thinking, we need to work on Doug.  You are always saying “So Ed, the world is going to end, what do you think?”.   You have to remember one thing, I am older than you, I am set in my ways.  Well, an old dog can learn new tricks.  What do you got?   Well we are talking about laws of attraction and how businesses work better when you have a good attitude, and I just wanted to talk about yours.  No.  ok go ahead. 

            Well when we talk about getting out of the office and meeting people outside of the office.  Before the internet and e-mail, a lot of people met their spouse or future business partner at a party that they did not want to go to.  Do you get out?

            Oh interesting story, I did not want to go to my ten year high school reunion, my mom made me go.  I went, and I re-met my wife.  Another story that is a little more up to date.  It was a little bit of a rough week, Wednesday night was the monthly business chamber mixer that I encouraged everyone to go do, and I just did not feel like driving from canyon country to Saugus.  Once I got there, I was so glad I went.  I met some new contacts that hopefully will help my business. 

            So I believe that there is hope that Doug to take this positive spin and become some sort of beacon of positivity.  You really think that there is hope for me? I really do. 

            Speaking of reaching out, we went to Bell Gardens, the casino.  Wait, this is on a work day?  You guys took a day off to go to the casino?  The speaker was talking about sexual harassment in the work place.  I felt like it was safe for me to bring my assistant and wife down to a casino on a work day to talk about harassment in the work place, but I was so wrong.  It felt like I was in temple on judgment day.
