So mental stress, how many of us have mental stress? I think every one has some form of mental stress. Someone told me today that everyone has it, and what does that mean? Is mental stress like some form of energy that flies around and falls on our laps? Well I think it depends on how you define it. If you define it as energy that brings in stress and tension into your life. I feel like it is about the physical reaction you have.
Lets back up, is there a possibility that we create it. Well, yes. We create everything in our lives. So is it fair to say that we create our own stress? Yes it is fair. Well then what comes first, us creating the stress, or the stress happening? We create it. you are sure about that? Yes. I find that most people think that it is just something that happens to them. Well, life happens, but it is our reactions that we create, but I do not think that people are conscious to that. It is all about how you perceive it.

Now there is good stress and bad stress. Stress does not always mean a negative result. Stress can help people get things done. But for today, let us talk about the negative mental stress that paralyzes us, that keeps us out of control.
From zero to ten how much mental stress do you have in your life, 10 being really stressed out? I would be about a 5. Ok so you are right in the middle. I would rate myself as a two. Wow! Well I do not know why you guys are wow-ing, because it is all perspective, I don’t know what a five means to you, but a two means to me that there are things that annoy and stress me but I learn to move off it, I learned to catch myself and ask myself “Alex, can you control it?” and if it is a no then I just move along.
