Once again, Don Goettling and Gino Fronti brought another informative and exciting two hours this Thursday. For their debut hour, the Cherry Creek Mortgage crew brought their good friend and colleague, Steve Corn. Steve Corn has been an industry expert for over twenty years, helping those in need of financial services, advice and more by swiftly closing the simplest to most complex of escrows. A local man, from a family business, (his father Ron Corn was his predecessor at Newhall Escrow) knows his craft well and has helped hundreds of families and individuals in the Santa Clarita Valley. They whole group talked on the new FHA policies which will enable financially responsible families who have been dealt an unfortunate blow (losing their job for example) to still get into the home of their dreams. However, they stress people need an expert like Steve Corn or Don and Gino in order to fully understand and translate the new information.

Real Estate Hour

Don Goettling abandoned Gino Fronti in the middle of a segment. Shocked and dismayed, Gino asked why. Turns out, it is Don’s 11th anniversary and he and his wife are running off to enjoy their success and happiness for a little bit, leaving Gino to introduce the next guest: Greg Wolf from Keller Williams VIP. Greg is a bombshell at finding the right home for the right price, for all Santa Clarita Valley residents seeking their dream home.
