On today’s show, Host Alex Urbina and co-host Wendy Amara sit down and talk about
being prepared and following through on your word.
St. Patty’s day started with a 4.4 earthquake and a lot of people were shaken out of bed. This put me into perspective and the earthquake woke me and it really made me ask myself if I am ready, Alex said.
A lot of people say they should be prepared but how many actually keep their word. This brings us to our true topic on the show, reinventing your relationships.
What is the perfect relationship to you, the extraordinary relationship, Alex said.
To me it is one where you can be you and no one criticizes you or hurt you for doing so, Wendy said.
When you have two people needing from each other the relationship seems boring. But when you are two people that do not have to depend on someone else, then your relationship will be that much better and beneficial.
A lot of the times we do not want to put a lot of effort and settle and say to themselves ‘this is the best I can do’, no the best I can get but the best I can do.
Alex Urbina is holding a relationships workshop at the end of March to help bring couples together on a deeper level and open the eyes and ideas that you might not know you had or were capable of having.
