Player packages include golf cart, range balls, green fees, lunch on the turnaround and a post tournament awards dinner. A mini-live auction and prize drawings for gift baskets will be included in the dinner. Players who select the tournament’s Mulligan packet also receive a chance to win a vacation, and four names will be drawn to participate in a $100,000 Shoot Out at the end of the tournament.

Non-golfers can be a tee sponsor for $175, which allows the sponros to host a giveaway or promotion on the hole. It also includes wooden photo plaque presented at the awards dinner for display in the sponsor’s office or business. Donors can also sponsor the awards dinner for $2,000 or beverages for the tournament at $1,000.

Mike Berger returns as this year’s Tournament Sponsor and City Councilman Bob Kellar is the honorary chair. The Zonta committee which is organizing this year’s event is chaired by Pat Willett.

The annual golf tournament is one of two major fundraisers sponsored by Zonta each year to support its local and international programs to advance the status of women. Local programs include the Z-bots robotics program for girls, SCV competitive community grants to local non-profits that support Zonta’s mission, Virginia Wrage Memorial grants to mature women seeking a new start in life, free LifeForward workshops for local women and the newly organized Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Program.

The tournament brochure and online registration information are available at www.scvzonta.org. Checks and reservation forms can also be sent by regular mail to Zonta Club of SCV, 22054 Parvin Dr., Santa Clarita, CA 91350.
