During the week December 5, 2011, AM-1220 KHTS featured the Help The Children on the KHTS Non-Profit Spotlight, which is hosted by Janice Murray.

The Non-Profit Spotlight airs every Monday at 10AM on AM-1220 KHTS.

Help the Children is a nonprofit Christian humanitarian relief organization dedicated to help alleviate the suffering of children and their families throughout the United States and around the world.

Help the Children’s mission is to increase self sufficiency by providing food, clothing, personal care items and medical supplies without regard to political affiliation, religious belief, or ethnic identity.

Internationally, Help the Children is committed to serving people with diverse cultural and economic strata. They strive to meet their emotional, spiritual and physical needs with Christ based principles.

Help the Children is proud to present their brand new Santa Clarita location at 25030 Avenue Tibbitts Suite L in Valenica.

You are cordially invited to a free Christmas Movie. Come join Arif Halaby and his staff at Total Financial Solutions as they invite you and 3 guests for a private screening of Arthur Christmas on Saturday December 10th at Edwards Valencia Stadium 12 & IMAX. They only ask that you help support the local food bank by bringing one canned item per attendee. To reserve your seats, call 800-990-7344. Doors open at 9am and movie begins at 9:30am

We want to thank the Michael Sentamara & Arif Halaby for being with us at the KHTS Community Resource Station in the Valencia Mall.
