Learn Body Clock Needs
Exercise. It can be a daunting endeavor, but is there a certain time of day that helps you burn more calories and/or get the energy to complete a workout?
And how come most people can wake up at 5am while others can’t get themselves out of bed and climb on that treadmill before 12? All of this would depend entirely on your “Body Clock”.

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl is determined entirely by your body’s circadian rhythm. The Earth’s rotation creates each person’s circadian rhythm which influences your blood pressure, heart rate, and your hormone levels. This rhythm ultimately affects your body’s desire and willingness to burn calories. Knowing your body and its rhythm will allow you to create times where working out will be best for you. You certainly won’t find a night owl working out at 6am, but rather at 5pm when his/her body is in favor of exercising.
While it may be nice to think that working out at 6am will set up your entire day, it hasn’t been proven. Each person is different and knowing your body will create the workout that is best for you. So, if you can’t drag yourself out of bed to make it to the gym before work, maybe you’ll find comfort in knowing that the 24 hour fitness will suit your insomniac needs.
