Santa Clarita Mayor Marsha McLean helped raise money for the SCV Emergency Winter Shelter March 18 by showing off a sneak peek of her upcoming "Dancing With Our Stars" performance at a special "Dinner With The Mayor" event. Diners paid $100 per person to bread bread and enjoy McLean's flashy footwork in the dining hall of the now-closed shelter on Drayton Drive. McLean is performing at the April 2 "Dancing With Our Stars" event to raise funds for the shelter and the SCV Food Pantry.

The wait staff were students in the Hart District ROP restaurant class.
