"SImply Irresistible" Soroptimist Fashion show

This fashion Show was co-presented by Soroptimist International of Santa Clarita Valley and Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita. Professional models and a group of SCV men and women walked the runway in fashions from J. David Custom Clothiers of Valencia, White House-Black Market, Fresh and J. Serraino, Bettie Page era from Hollywood and Las Vegas, and costumes from EC2 Costumes featuring designs by Bob Mackie. A boutique preluded the fashion show and vendors sold their wares to those walking around and gathering for the fashion show. The event ended with a Couture Wedding Dress designed exclusively for the Soroptimist clubs of Santa Clarita Valley by Laureen Carter.

Perfect Prom donates hundreds of prom dresses and helps those less fortunate be able to go to prom in the Hart School District.

Boutique owners sold everything from purses to jewelry to coats.

The silent auction also helped raise more money for the Soroptimists.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Soroptimist International of the Americas programs designed to Stop Human Trafficking. It is an organization of business and professional women working to improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world, Soroptimist International takes on many projects that directly and indirectly help potential trafficking victims.

Guests began to gather in the dining hall and around the runway to eat lunch and enjoy the fashion show.

A dancer on the runway greeted guests as they entered and went to find their seats.

Profesional dancers kicked off another designers line introduction.
