Free Spine Education Program Offered In Canyon Country

Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital’s free Spine Education Program is now offered at the Outpatient Physical Therapy’s location in the Golden Valley Plaza in Canyon Country (across from Lowes). The first class will be offered from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday February 22.

From sitting to lifting to carrying backpacks or heavy items, the class offers valuable information on how you can take better care of your spine, including lifestyle changes that may help with pain management and prevent future injuries.

Classes meet 5:30 – 6:30 pm every 4th Tuesday at Henry Mayo’s Outpatient Therapy Services, Golden Valley Plaza, 19013 Golden Valley Road, #125, Santa Clarita. Seating is limited. For more information or to schedule a class, please call (661) 253-8959.
