Dead Body Found In Wash Near Wiley Canyon Bridge

Deputies are investigating the discovery of a dead body found in the wash in the 25300 block of Railroad Avenue, between Oak Ridge Road and the Via Princessa/Wiley Canyon bridge.

Fire Department personnel responding to a “man down” call requested deputies respond to the scene when they determined that the 30-year old white male found at that location was deceased.

Sgt. Darren Harris would not speculate on the cause of death, but said that the case may be turned over to the Homicide Bureau investigators depending on the results of the preliminary investigation.
