Earthquake In Castaic Measures 3.6
An earthquake measuring 3.6 in magnitude was reported early this morning above Castaic.
According to reports from CalTech that were verified by seismologists, the quake occurred at 12:36 a.m. and was centered 4 miles west southwest of Castaic Lake dam, 12 miles below the surface.
The epicenter was 10 miles northwest of Valencia and 11 miles northwest of Saugus.
