Storms Could Continue Into Wednesday Night
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue across portions of Southern California today. A stationary low pressure system remains through this afternoon, moving east overnight. This system has already generated numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms across the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys and is expected to continue into the evening.
The National Weather Service does caution residents that the unpredictability of the system could also result in isolated and unexpected thunderstorms that could develop just about anywhere that could be strong and produce brief heavy rain, gusty winds, small hail and frequent lightning.
