New You Woman’s Expo
“With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts!” – Eleanor Roosevelt. New You Woman’s Expo will be sharing the tools to enrich and enhance the lives of women in areas including health, beauty, education and business.  There will be exhibitors, speakers, a fashion show, door prizes and much more.  Saturday’s Expo will be held at the Hyatt Valencia from 10am to 4pm.  Admission is $10.

North Park Church-Summer Social 50’s Bash
A blast from the past is coming and you can get in on it.  North Park Church wants you to put on your poodle skirts, T-Shirts and rolled-up jeans.  Wear your best ducktail hairdo, and join them in the best party of the summer.  It will be a blast for the entire family.  Food, music, classic cars, best costume contest, snowcones and rootbeer floats will help set the tone.  Come out for the fun Sunday at 6:00pm at North Park Church, 28310 Kelly Johnson Parkway.  Call 29-NORTH.

Citrus Classic Balloon Festival
A perfect day trip for a family summer weekend or a romantic getaway. Local Theater: ‘Annie’ and ‘Odd Couple’
Oscar and Felix: two names that will forever bring to mind The Odd Couple.  Now you can see Jeff Johnson and KHTS’ own Jason Endicott starring in The Odd Couple at Canyon Theatre Guild.   The play opens Saturday and runs through August 28.  You still have time to catch one of Broadway’s most popular and uplifting musicals, ‘Annie,’ at the Santa Clarita Regional Theatre on stage at the Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons.  For a special ticket offer for ‘Annie’ click here.
