Tensility Named 38th District Small Business Of The Year

cameronsmythAssemblyman Cameron Smyth, in conjunction with the California Small Business Association, has named Tensility International Corporation the Small Business of the Year for the 38th Assembly District.

“Small businesses drive the economic engine of California, and I always welcome the opportunity to recognize hardworking business owners,” said Smyth. “In addition to their economic contributions to our community, the owners of Tensility have also shown a financial commitment to the Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita, a cause for which I share their passion.”

Tensility is a locally-owned custom cable assemblies company that sources, designs, and provides cable assemblies for engineering or OEM applications. Located in Valencia, the company is committed to operating with honesty and integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.

Louis Acala and Shauna MacKenzie are the owners of Tensility, and are both very active in the community. Their commitment to corporate giving is demonstrated by the support they give to programs that combat domestic violence and generational poverty.

Louis and Shauna received their award in Sacramento today at a luncheon sponsored by the California Small Business Association.
