Top Things To Do This Weekend, July 2, 2009

This Weekend in Santa Clarita, brought to you by our friends at Facey Medical Group.

4th of July Reminder
Personal fireworks are illegal in LA County, so the fire department encourages citizens to attend public events.

"Violaters can be held financially responsible for damages as well as having to pay a fine or go to jail," explains Stephanie English, Community Services Representative of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Enjoy your 4th of July with these top things to do:

4th of July Parade
See the talent and creativity of Santa Clarita residents at the Santa Clarita 4th of July Parade, themed, "Fun in the SCV." Starting at 9 a.m., horses, floats, fire trucks, cars, and military personnel will make their way down Main Street, Lyons Ave, and Orchard Village.
