Arroyo Seco Junior High Adviser Brandy Brown remembers getting teased when she was an Arroyo Seco student, and she doesn’t want it to happen to anyone else.
“When I became an Associated Student Body adviser, I wanted to make that my big thing, my pet project,” she said, regarding an end to bullying.
“I also want family members and community members to be aware,” Brown said. “We’re all impacted by this, and the consequences are pretty severe.”
Her latest effort is about raising awareness through a trip to the movies.
