With 10.7 percent of California precincts partially reporting as of 8:34 p.m., preliminary results are in for state ballot measures. According to LAVote.net, this is what voters have decided:

No 34 Death Penalty 1,201,422 43.8% 1,543,305 56.2%
Yes 35 Human Trafficking 2,289,835 83.5% 452,665 16.5%
Yes 36 Three Strikes Law 1,869,493 68.1% 873,783 31.9%
No 37 Genetically Engineered Foods Labeling 1,153,362 41.7% 1,610,573 58.3%
