Dr. Kelly Smudde grew up learning about teeth and how to keep them healthy. Born into a family of dentists, she remembered hanging out at her parents' dental offices and exploring the lab equipment with her siblings.
It's no wonder that she married someone who shared the same passion – Dr. Allen Smudde, who himself was born into a family of dentists, and who, as a kid, also spent time molding teeth out of wax. Building a practice and growing it together was their shared dream, and in 1998, they opened up their office in Valencia, California.
