While the wet weather has moved out for the time being, the wind has increased, and brought with it cold temperatures.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a High Wind Advisory for our valley, but as the day progresses the winds are expected to increase.
KHTS News Brought To You By:
Gusts could reach into the 60 mile-an-hour range late this afternoon, with the strongest gusts hitting the I-5 corridor and the Antelope Valley.
The cold weather is also expected to continue into tomorrow with a low expected to fall into the 40-degree range tonight, with highs expected to near 60-degrees.
Winds and debris can be seen throughout the valley, and the NWS advises that stronger gusts can cause damage to property.
A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or greater are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
