House Fire In Stevenson Ranch
House fire knocked down quickly by firefighters.

A home on Hollyhock Court in Stevenson Ranch briefly caught fire this afternoon, but a quick response by firefighters confined damage to one bedroom.
The call came in reporting smoke coming from second story vents and engines responding reported flames and smoke coming from the upper level of the house. A search of the house found no one at home and knockdown was declared within 15 minutes.
Firefighters said that one upstairs bedroom was heavily damaged, but that damage did not extend into the attic.
Utility companies were enroute soon after the flames were put out.
