Local Lawyer Involved In Anna Nicole Smith Case

Local Lawyer Rick Patterson of Owen, Patterson and Owen, is working on the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case that has grabbed headlines all over the United States.

Patterson assisted Jim Nevitt, who is the attorney for Howard K Stern. Stern is currently listed on the birth certificate as the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby.

Rick Patterson assisted in preparing opposition to the request from another alleged father, Larry Birkhead, that a DNA test be performed on the child to determine who the father is.
