Local Fitness Guru Recruited By Gatorade
Pilates Teck President will be new spokesperson for product in Canada.
Karena Lineback, president of Pilates Teck and Santa Clarita resident, has been selected by Gatorade to be a spokesperson for the release of Propel Fitness Water in Canada.
The company contacted Karena after finding her book, OsteoPilates, Build Bone Density, Reduce Fracture Risk, Look and Feel Great!, on the internet. The book ties in with Propel’s message of performing quality bone-building exercise and consuming enough calcium in one’s diet.
Karena will be going on a whirlwind media tour through Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver appearing on national television and radio shows providing information about bone health and fitness.
Karena Lineback has been involved in the Pilates industry since retiring from a professional dance career 8 years ago. She began writing OsteoPilates in response to a demand from a large number of women with osteoporosis who needed correct instruction for safe exercise and bone-building exercise.
