I-5 LANE CLOSURES FOR PAVEMENT REPAIRS 10/17 – 10/22

Caltrans will close the following lanes and ramps of the northbound and southbound Golden State Freeway (I-5) from Vista Del Lago (about two miles north of Castaic) to Frazier Park, as part of a one-year, 40-mile project to repair lanes on I-5 damaged from this year’s heavy rainstorms:



From 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, October 17:

One to three lanes of northbound and southbound I-5, intermittently, in various locations, from Frazier Park to Vista Del Lago.

Frazier Mountain Road on-ramp to southbound I-5.

Southbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at Gorman Post Road.

Southbound I-5 connector to State Route 138.

Southbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at Smokey Bear Road.

Southbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at Vista Del Lago.



Daily and overnight, 5 a.m. to 5 a.m. -- from Monday morning, October 17 through Saturday morning, October 22:

One to three lanes of southbound I-5, intermittently, in various locations, from Frazier Park to Vista Del Lago.

Frazier Mountain Road on-ramp to southbound I-5.

Southbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at Gorman Post Road.

Southbound I-5 connector to State Route 138.
