Henry Mayo To Host Free Health Series
Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital will host two exciting free programs on Tuesday.
January 10 – I Can Cope – Alexander Black, M.D., Medical Oncologist from the UCLA Cancer Center will talk about Managing the Effects of Illness and Treatment during the next “I Can Cope” meeting, from noon to 2 p.m. Jan. 10 in Foundation Room 1.
Taking place twice a month, “I Can Cope”, is an educational series and support group for cancer patients, caregivers, family and friends, facilitated by Katherine Schulz, M.S.W. Info: American Cancer Society at 298-0886 option 3.
January 10 – Setting Health Goals – Beth Jenkins, LCSW, will talk about Setting Health Goals at 9 a.m., Jan. 10 in the Westfield Community Room at the Westfield Town Center Valencia Mall. A continental breakfast will be served.
