Halloween Fiesta At Community Center
Activities planned for kids
The City of Santa Clarita in partnership with the Sunrise Rotary Club will host the 8th Annual Halloween Fiesta on Friday, October 26, 2007, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Newhall Community Center, located at 22421 Market Street.
Children from all over Santa Clarita will enjoy costume contests, haunted house, pumpkin decorating, food and drinks, and a magic show. The event is free and open to the public.
“The Community Center’s Halloween Fiesta provides families in the community with a fun and safe environment for children of all ages to have a memorable Halloween experience,” commented Mayor Marsha McLean.
The Community Center has been hosting this event since 1999 thanks to the generosity of the Sunrise Rotary Club. This organization prepares decorations, food and drinks, and provides many volunteers to oversee the event.
