Give Blood, Get Free Gas

Valencia Shell and KHTS AM-1220 Radio have teamed up for a Thanksgiving Blood Drive, today at the Shell Station on the corner of Valencia Blvd. and McBean Parkway.

Santa Clarita residents are invited to show their community support for the upcoming Holiday Season by donating blood.   As a way of saying thank you,  every blood donor will receive a complimentary Shell Gas card.  

The blood drive benefits the Providence Blood Donor Center.

WHEN:         Thursday, November 17th

                       10am to 5 p.m.

 WHERE:       24301 Valencia Blvd., at McBean Pkwy in Valencia

 WHO:            Valencia Shell and KHTS AM-1220 Radio are hosting a blood drive with

                       Providence Blood Donor Center.  Kelly Khoury of Valencia Shell will be giving complimentary  gas cards to all blood donors. 

WHY:             The Providence Blood Donor Center exists to meet the transfusion needs of patients and to serve the community as part of Providence Health System San Fernando & Santa Clarita Valleys Service Area.  Blood  donated by the community will help patients at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills.
