Closures Planned Again For Hwy 14 In Antelope Valley
Crews will conduct bridge maintenance.

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is again announcing the planned closure of the following on-ramp and lanes of the northbound and southbound Antelope Valley Freeway (State Route 14) in order to perform bridge maintenance work:
- From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, August 8 – One lane of southbound SR-14 from Avenue N to Palmdale Boulevard
From 11 p.m. Friday, August 8 to 5 a.m., Saturday, August 9 -- All lanes of southbound SR-14 from Avenue N to Palmdale Boulevard
- From 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. Saturday, August 9 – One lane of southbound SR-14 from Avenue N to Palmdale Boulevard
- From 9 p.m. Friday, August 8 to 7 a.m. Saturday, August 9 – the 10th Street on-ramp to northbound SR-14
- From 8 p.m. Saturday, August 9 to 11:59 p.m. Sunday, August 10 -- One lane of northbound SR 14 from Avenue P to Avenue N
- From 11:59 p.m. Saturday August 9 to 7 a.m. Sunday, August 10 -- All lanes of northbound SR-14 from Avenue P to Avenue N
- From 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Sunday, August 10 – One lane of northbound SR-14 from Avenue P to Avenue N
- From 9 p.m. Saturday, August 9 to 7 a.m. Sunday, August 10, the 10th Street on-ramp to northbound SR-14
These closures are weather-permitting and subject to change. Signs will be posted to assist motorists.
