The Special Olympics 12th Annual Regional Spirit Games will have over 600 athletes with intellectual disabilities from throughout Southern California ready to compete in basketball, bocce and track & field events.  

The Games will begin with a formal Opening Ceremony which is scheduled to begin at 9am on the track at Hart High School.  The program will commence with a parade of enthusiastic athletes to the track.  Highlights of the Opening Ceremony will include music, flag ceremony, Law Enforcement Torch Run and Torch Lighting Ceremony.

The Athletic Competition will be held from 10am through 4pm at Hart High School, Newhall Park, Boys & Girls club, Placerita Junior High School and West Ranch High School.  

Olympic Village will be held at Newhall Park and will feature music, food and activities for the whole family.
