Hearts For Heroes
Newhall American Legion Post 507 invites the community to join them in their partnership with Prayer Angels for the Military’s annual Hearts for Heroes care packaging event
Hours: 12noon – 3pm
Location: Old Town Newhall Library, 24500 Main Street, Newhall
Post 507 will be serving free lunch to care packaging volunteers. Lunch will be $3.00/plate for non volunteers. Prayer Angels will also be accepting donations for care packages as well as monetary donations to assist with the cost of postage.

Make Valentine's Day Cards for Troops in Afghanistan, Firefighters & Law Enforcement
Suggested item donations include:
Individually wrapped snacks, beef jerky, drink packets, canned (pop-top) Ravioli, stews, hearty soups and canned fruit, peanut butter, Ritz crackers, body wash, cotton socks (white or black), lotion, 3 blade razors, baby wipes, heat activated hand warmers,winter scarves, beanies, gloves & twin size blankets.
