The class offers valuable information on how you can take better care of your spine, including lifestyle changes that may help with pain management and prevent future injuries. Classes meet 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. every fourth Wednesday of the month at Henry Mayo’s Outpatient Therapy Services, Golden Valley Plaza, 19013 Golden Valley Road, #125, Santa Clarita. Seating is limited.
