A burglar with limited fashion sense is in custody facing
two felony charges after being caught on videotape taking items from his
neighbor’s house while the neighbor was on vacation.

Vincenzo Dellolio, 38, was arrested Saturday, wearing the
same shirt he was seen wearing in the videotape turned over to authorities by
the victim, who lived in the 26000 block of

Beecher
Lane
in Stevenson Ranch. The homeowner reported
that over the course of several days, between January 2 and 14, someone had
entered his residence and removed cash, jewelry and other items valued at more
than $40,000.

Apparently Dellolio didn’t know about the video surveillance
system that caught him in his tracks. Deputies went to Dellolio’s home and
arrested him without incident. Detectives also served two search warrants Monday
at another Stevenson Ranch residence and a nearby public storage facility.

Dellolio was in court today and was arraigned on two felony
counts of residential burglary with special allegations. He is being held at
Men’s Central Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
