Within 50 feet of a bus stop is the scene where Sandra Fabiola Quijada Garcia, 16, of Santa Clarita and Fernando Nava Munoz, 19, of Palmdale were struck and apparently accidentally killed by a Metrolink train at a point where fencing ends along the train tracks.
