Resident Seeks Trash Pickup Refund

Saugus woman says she paid Consolidated in advance but lost the value when it changed hands.

Since Consolidated Waste Disposal handed over its residential trash hauling contracts to Blue Barrel Disposal in April, Saugus resident Sharon Lampert has been trying to no avail to get a refund of $80, & she isn't giving up.
