    A 16-year-old Saugus girl was in critical condition Monday after a collision in Castaic...

    CHP Officer Michelle Esposito said the girl was traveling east on Henry Mayo Drive & failed to stop at the intersection of Henry Mayo & The Old Road.  Another driver slammed into the girl's vehicle.

    Making the Cut

    Hart High grad Jason Gore will finally live his dream of playing regularly on the PGA Tour in 2006.  Next season, he'll be a card-carrying member of the PGA elite.

    After notching his second straight Nationwide Tour victory with a first-place finish at the Scholarship America Showdown Sunday in Minnesota, Gore has mathematically clinched a spot on the tour's top-20 money list.

    Power Outage Affects 8,000

    The blackout left parts of Valencia, Newhall, & Stevenson Ranch in the dark.

    Santa Clarita Valley residents were left in the dark Sunday when an unexpected power outage caused a lights-out period.  The cause of the outage, according to a Southern California Edison spokesman, was a faulty section of underground cable.

    Its Back! SCV Chamber of Commerce Blue Team Leads Membership Drive

    The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest chambers in California, with well over 1,700 members.


    Now, in an effort to make it the largest Chamber in Southern California, the Chamber has launched its annual membership drive. 

    KHTS AM-1220 radio and the Signal Newspaper has reformed the "Blue Team."
