L.A. Link (Huntington Beach) Corporation of Cerritos is recalling Shiitake-Ya brand Gourmet Shiitake Slices with a “Sell by date” of 04/16/2013 because the mushrooms may be contaminated with the chemicals carbendazim, fluoranthene, and pyrene. Residues of these chemicals are not approved on dried mushrooms.
