Residents may only relinquish animals or pick-up their impounded pet if it is determined to be at the shelter.

Hedman Named To Co-Chair Position At Economic Development Corporation

The appointment of Calvin Hedman, a certified public accountant and community leader, was announced Tuesday. Hedman will join fellow co-chairman Don Fleming in leading the organization’s efforts to strengthen the valley’s economy.

COC Women's Soccer Team Takes On San Bernardino In CCCAA Playoffs

khts_sportsThe College of the Canyons women’s soccer team is playing San Bernardino College in the second round of the California Community College Athletic Associations playoffs today.

COC shut out Antelope Valley College, 2-0, in the first round. Sarah Sager and Sydney Tobin each scored a goal for COC.

The game between COC and San Bernardino is at College of the Canyons. Kickoff is set for 2 this afternoon.
