    The Master's College Celebrates Its Legacy

    IMG_00230_400x267On Thursday, The Master’s College opened its new Legacy Room that honors the college’s president, Dr. John MacArthur, and the history of the school.  Approximately 500 students, faculty, staff, board members, and supporters of the college gathered for the dedication ceremony and received tours of the new facility.

    Valencia Football Team Takes On Hart At College Of The Canyons

    khts_sportsThe Valencia football team will look to widen its lead in the Foothill League standings against Hart at College of the Canyons tonight.

    The Vikings have won their first two league games and are coming off a 34-7 win over Canyon.

    Hart lost to Saugus, 24-10, last week, and had its five-game winning streak snapped.

    Trio Grabs Triathlon Training Bike, Makes Violent Getaway In Valencia

    khts_crimeAn expensive triathlon training bike was taken shortly after 1 p.m. from a garage on Parklane Way in Valencia by three men in a pickup truck who rammed the car of someone that tried to follow them.

    Sheriff’s deputies are in the area looking for the trio, who were described as male Hispanics in their 20s; one of them wearing a black T-shirt and grey pants.

     


     

    Narcotics Detectives Warning Parents About Marijuana-Laced Candy

    According to Sgt. Robert McMahon of the Sheriff’s Narcotics Bureau, the welfare of the people is their primary concern.

    Community Walk-Thru Flu Shot Clinic Planned November 4
