Community Center Opens First Haunted House Next Friday

newhauntedhouseYou’ll be calling “mummy” after a visit to the first-ever haunted mansion hosted by the City of Santa Clarita Community Center Teen Group.

The spirited “house” is located at the Newhall Community Center on Market Street next to the railroad tracks.  Community members, ages 8 and up, are invited to visit from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Friday, October 28.

khts_sportsHart golfer Kendell Dusenberry won the Newhall Land Cup individual championship at TPC Valencia, shooting 3-under par 33 over the final nine holes.

Dusenberry won the Newhall Land Cup championship as a freshman three years ago. She also won the Foothill League MVP, finishing two strokes ahead of Hart teammate Jamie Corr.
