Club To Leave Val Verde Facility In Good Hands

Runner Approves Of Committee's Delay Of Tax Bill

Canyon Girls Basketball Team Seeded No. 9 In CIF State Tournament

khts_sportsThe Canyon girls basketball team has new life. Canyon is the No. 9 seed in the CIF State Division II girls basketball playoffs and will play eighth-seeded Monache from Porterville in the first round of the Southern California Regional.

Canyon is on the road to open the playoffs. Monache is 130 miles away, and a three-hour bus ride, in Central California on the edge of the Sequoia National Forest.
