Local Artists Will Participate In Benefit Concert For The Gulf

Oil_Spill_2Beginning in late May, the largest offshore spill in US history began off the Gulf of Mexico. According to BP estimates, before the wellhead was recently capped, 35,000 to 60,000 barrels of crude oil gushed from it daily, causing devastation to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its coastal shoreline.

Newhall-based record company, GB Records has decided to step forward and take action to help relief efforts.

You could say that traffic was "boxed in" this morning for several hours, as California Highway Patrol officers and Caltrans worked to clear an early-morning traffic accident on the southbound I-5 at Roxford Street, where two big rigs - one carrying cardboard and the other onions - crashed and overturned, blocking all lanes of the freeway.

YMCA Adopts New Logo And Renovated Backyard

William S. Hart Museum Due For New Roof

The current Spanish tiles are the originals, dating to the mansion’s construction from 1926-27.  

Olympic Pool Coming To Castaic Sports Complex
