    Prayer Angels Collecting Donations To Send To Troops

    khts_givingbackA service project started by Katie Arnolds for Prayer Angels for the Military is aiming to collect enough donations to put together and send out packages to troops in Afghanistan.

    Montary donations for postage or non-perishable items may be donated.

    These items may include but is not limited to batteries, disposable cameras, CD’s, DVD’s, games, toys, socks, and non-perishable food and beverages.

    McKeon Urges Congress To Support Funding Bill

    Jury Recommends Death Penalty For Castaic Child Killer

    The same jurors on July 8 found Antonio Rodriguez guilty of the first-degree murder of Desarie Saravia and the abuse of her brother, who was 6 years old at the time.

    Sanitation Board To Make Final Decision

    Deported Illegal Alien Returns To Life Of Crime In Canyon Country

    khts_crimeDetectives working the area of Camp Plenty and Fairweather in Canyon Country conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Friday.  The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle told deputies his driver's license was suspended.

    During his arrest for driving on a suspended license, detectives found four baggies of methamphetamine and other evidence of drug sales in the car.
