Just before 4:00 Wednesday afternoon, Los Angeles County Fire Department officials responded to a house fire at 24706 Newhall Avenue, just across the street from Newhall Elementary School and Hart High School.
The fire was pounced on by multiple engines and doused completely by 4:06.
