Magic Mountain Road Improvements: April Update

Southbound On-Ramp: The construction of the southbound on-ramp widening is over 90 percent complete. Striping and temporary traffic signal work is in progress and the ramp is scheduled to reopen April 3, 2009.

Local Principal Named To CADA Hall Of Fame

Bob Vincent, principal of West Ranch High School, has been elected to the CADA Hall of Fame by the California Association of Directors of Activities. The award was presented at the CADA Convention in San Diego, honoring Vincent’s more than 30 years of involvement with CADA and his involvement with the CADA Leadership Camps for over 25 years.

Movies: I Love You, Man - An Ode To The Bromance

 

To those unfamiliar with the term, a bromance is when two platonic guy friends spend a ridiculous amount of time hanging out together and are almost like a couple.

This is the subject of the year's best comedy (so far) "I Love You, Man". The film is about Peter (Paul Rudd, "Role Models", "Knocked Up") a real estate salesman who proposes to his girlfriend Zooey (Rashida Jones, "The Office"), and realizes that he does not have a best man.
