    The Saugus girls basketball team earned the Foothill League championship Thursday night with a 50-36 win over Hart. Nicole Hicks scored 16 points to lead Saugus. Canyon had a chance to share the league title with Saugus, but lost by one point to Valencia, 69-68. West Ranch beat Golden 50-37.
