The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the following lanes, ramps and connectors of the Golden State, Antelope Valley and Foothill Freeways as part of a new $156-million improvement project to construct carpool lanes and a direct carpool lane connector at the I-5/14 interchange.
