Acting Seminar Offered To Area Students

Theatre Project SCV teams with Origin Talent for seminar.


The SCV Theatre Project, in association with Origin Talent, will present a young performers seminar, “Navigating, Beginning and Becoming a Working Actor in the Entertainment Industry,” on June 28 at Valencia High School.


The seminar will be held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., registration required. Cost is $75 per student, with pre-registration available online at


Sheriff Baca Honors Fallen Officers

Three names added to fallen sheriff's memorial wall.


Sheriff Lee Baca presided over the 39th Annual Los Angeles County Peace Officers’ Memorial Ceremony on Wednesday, May 28, to commemorate the lives of those peace officers who died in the line of duty while serving the residents of Los Angeles County.
